Buying Force Fleet Tracking

Are there any contracts or commitments?

With Force Fleet Tracking, there are no contracts. You’re free to discontinue your service at any time.

However, please note that we don’t issue prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel, your service will remain valid until the end of the period you’ve paid for (until the end of the month or the end of the year).

What is your cancelation policy?

You’re free to cancel any time. There are no cancelation fees or restocking fees.

Is Force Fleet Tracking available in my country?

Force Fleet Tracking is only available in the 50 United States at this time.

Getting Started

Are my vehicles compatible?

Force Fleet Tracking is compatible with virtually any vehicle that has an OBD-II port. Nearly all cars, vans and light trucks manufactured since 1996 are equipped with an OBD-II port (usually under the dashboard, near the steering wheel). If you’re not sure, give us a call at 806-855-8255 or email [email protected] and we’ll verify whether your vehicles are compatible.

How much time does installation and setup take?

Force can be installed in just a few minutes per vehicle. Once you get your devices in the mail, just plug them into the OBD-II port in each of your vehicles and follow a few simple on-screen instructions in your web browser. That’s it!

Do I need to install any software?

There’s nothing to install on your computer; Force is a cloud solution. The web dashboard is available via any modern web browser on your desktop, laptop, or tablet. Our smartphone app can be downloaded on your Apple iPhone or Android smartphone.

Do I need training?

No! Force is designed to be as easy to use as possible, unlike a lot of the fleet management systems out there. We are confident you’ll find it easy to use and intuitive — just log in, and you’ll find everything you need to keep track of your vehicles.
