What happens after my 14-day free trial period?
If you’d like to stay on as a Force Fleet Tracking customer after your free trial period is over, that’s great! There’s nothing more you need to do. Simply continue using the service. Your first billing date will be 14 days after you begin your trial. If you choose not to continue after your trial, just let us know. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the devices.
Do I need to pay extra for tracking devices?
No! When you sign up for a 14-day free trial, we’ll ship you a GPS tracking device for each one of your vehicles. You’ve got 14 days to try out Force Fleet Tracking to see if it’s right for your business. If you decide to stay on as a customer after your free trial period is over, your first billing date will be 14 days after you began your trial. The devices are free to use during your trial and active subscription with Force Fleet Tracking.
What happens if I want to discontinue my free trial?
No problem. Just contact us by email or phone to let us know. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the GPS tracking devices to us — return shipping is free. Please return the devices to us within 14 days. If we don’t receive the devices back within 14 days from when you discontinue your trial, we will have to charge you for the value of the devices ($150 each).
Buying Force Fleet Tracking
Do I have to pay extra for the tracking devices?
No! Our devices are free to use during your free trial or active subscription with Force Fleet Tracking. When you sign up for Force, you’ll see the GPS tracking devices are added to your order at $0 each. If a device is damaged, lost, or not returned after a cancellation you may be charged for the value of the device ($150 each).
Are there any contracts or commitments?
With Force Fleet Tracking, there are no contracts. You’re free to discontinue your service at any time.
However, please note that we don’t issue prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel, your service will remain valid until the end of the period you’ve paid for (until the end of the month or the end of the year).
What is your cancelation policy?
You’re free to cancel any time. There are no cancelation fees or restocking fees. All we ask is that you return the GPS tracking devices within 14 days. If we don’t receive the devices back within 14 days from when you cancel, we will have to charge you for the value of the devices ($150 each).
Is Force Fleet Tracking available in my country?
Force Fleet Tracking is only available in the 50 United States at this time.
Are my vehicles compatible?
Force Fleet Tracking is compatible with virtually any vehicle that has an OBD-II port. Nearly all cars, vans and light trucks manufactured since 1996 are equipped with an OBD-II port (usually under the dashboard, near the steering wheel). If you’re not sure, give us a call at 806-855-8255 or email [email protected] and we’ll verify whether your vehicles are compatible.
How much time does installation and setup take?
Force can be installed in just a few minutes per vehicle. Once you get your devices in the mail, just plug them into the OBD-II port in each of your vehicles and follow a few simple on-screen instructions in your web browser. That’s it!
Do I need to install any software?
There’s nothing to install on your computer; Force is a cloud solution. The web dashboard is available via any modern web browser on your desktop, laptop, or tablet. Our smartphone app can be downloaded on your Apple iPhone or Android smartphone.
Do I need training?
No! Force is designed to be as easy to use as possible, unlike a lot of the fleet management systems out there. We are confident you’ll find it easy to use and intuitive — just log in, and you’ll find everything you need to keep track of your vehicles.
